Mold Removal
The Future of Mold Remediation is Here!
There are many types of molds, and some can affect your health while others won’t cause any ill effects. It has been shown that healthy people exposed to mold can experience symptoms of coughing, wheezing, and other asthma-like characteristics. Prolonged exposure can increase the risk of infections or other respiratory illnesses. No matter the type of mold, or how you believe it is affecting you, the CDC recommends the removal of any mold you encounter.
We use Peracetic Acid (CH3OOOH), which is mixed with water and released in our fog. The water creates a reaction in which one oxygen atom breaks off and in a process known as “lysis”, the oxygen atom tracks down bacteria and mold and ruptures the cells.
The Most Common Misconceptions About Mold
1. “Bleach Kills Mold”
Bleach does not kill mold, in fact, it aids in diminishing its visibility by transforming its color from dark to light. The more inconspicuous it becomes the more challenging it is to treat.
2. “You Have To See Mold To Have A Mold Problem”
If you have water damage, an old home, or high humidity there is a higher chance of mold existing in your space without it being visible. Visible mold is just a symptom of a bigger problem, and if you are experiencing mold-related symptoms it is likely in the air around you.
3. “Cleaning The Mold Will Eliminate The Problem”
As mentioned above, cleaning the mold only removes what you can see. If you don’t address the cause of the mold it will come back.
4. “Mildew Isn’t Mold”
Mildew is in fact mold. It is a type of fungus that is white and typically grows on flat surfaces.
5. “Demolition Is Necessary When You Find Mold”
The old ways of mold remediation required demolition in many cases, but not any more. With our patented dry fog technology, the vast majority of mold removal jobs we perform require no demolition or renovations whatsoever.
Powered By Our Two-Step Advanced Dry Fog Technology
Our proprietary mold removal process uses a two-step system to create a safe, non-toxic ‘cloud’ that fills and penetrates every critical surface in your home, commercial, or industrial space. This ‘dry cloud’ is comprised of microscopic particles that kill everything from toxic mold and fungi to bacteria on contact—without leaving any wet residue. After treatment, you’ll pass a mold test, no problem.

What is Dry Fog?
Other companies use fog to treat mold, even with similar chemicals. What’s different is how we use them, and how it benefits you. A “dry” fog simply means the particles in the fog are so small they bounce off of surfaces instead of sticking and creating moisture. Our patented process breaks down the particles much smaller than traditional sprayers or handheld fogging equipment.

The Benefits of Dry Fog:
Particles are half the size of mold spores. Where mold goes, our fog can go.
Our chemicals stay airborne longer and are able to use a lower concentration of chemicals in your home.
Treatment is safe for electronics and home furnishings
